VIN allocation to delivery time?

I see everyone referencing their order to delivery date, but I'm curious how long it has been taking to receive your Telluride once a VIN was assigned. Currently 3 weeks since I ordered a quicksilver SX FWD with no VIN allocation, so hoping the process is quick once I get a VIN.

I ordered an SXP on June 16th 2020. I received my VIN from the dealer October 9th 2020. I have been told to check the dealer website under "new tellurides for sale" as the next step because the manufacturing organization will push my car with VIN on the dealer website as being available for sale. While it has been ordered by me, it will show up for sale which means that my vehicle will be ready for pick up a week or two thereafter.

16 months later........... I’m sure he/she has their Telluride by now!

Just joined. Ordered a Telluride back in August; still waiting. Is there a website one can go to that allows you to track ETA and delivery info once a VIN has been assigned?
