Is it possible to change an order once a VIN number and sticker has been established? Looks like the car I ordered may have a VIN number but the sticker does not include the Nightfall package which I specifically included in the order. Regardless who made the mistake, is it possible to change it after the fact?

Nope. If a VIN has been created, the vehicle has already been built. The only way to correct, if there was an actual error, is to reorder.

The good news is, you can have it done after market in lots of places and likely for less money.

Was hoping to get the complete package from the factory. Is there any advantage to getting this done at the factory vs aftermarket?

I placed the order with a dealership awhile ago. The dealership told me about a month ago that the order was accepted by Kia. I've been watching failcat to see if the car I ordered shows up. It appears that the same vehicle I ordered appeared in failcat, going to the dealership I ordered it from, with the specs I wanted just without the Nightfall package I specifically ordered it with. I asked the dealership about this and they said they would get back to me. Really hoping they didn't screw it up. I waited a very long time to try to make this happen.

Exactly. It's probably a car that is coming into the dealer anyway.

They may try to "match" you with it when it comes in, saying this is the car you ordered but it's missing this..
