Good evening everyone, I just got my truck back Today Caliber collisions in Essex Maryland did a wonderful job. They made my Telluride look the same way as when I drove off the lot with it four months ago. The first four is what the body shop fixed, the last one is from the accident. Good luck for those who get in an accident, since this is a new vehicle sometimes it takes time to get the parts in. Hopefully no one has to go through this.

Hi Keke! I am in similar situation except for the fact that my car was involved in a hit and run! I have a 2021 Kia Telluride and my car is with Caliber Collisions in Crestwood, IL. THey told me today they have to outsource my car due to the damages they dont repair and it could take up to one month. As you stated most insurance companies don't allow you to keep the car longer than 2-3 weeks. How long did it take for your car to get fixed? What did you work out with your renters insurance?

With my insurance it's $500. They pay 80% and I pay 20%

Did the other person that caused the accident have insurance? They should be paying for your damages.

Apparently, the law in GA says that it is your responsibility and our lovely neighbor's won't even answer our phone calls nor respond even after we had cops go with us. They choose to ignore our request to cooperate. They won't cover anything, we have already spent 5k fixing our powerlines, cables, etc.. still have fence to fix on top on this car. Moving to GA from CO has been the biggest mistake.

Let me get this straight? If a tree from your neighbors yard damages something on your property they aren't liable?? What kind of crazy ass Georgia law is that?

Did their insurance pay for a new one for you? Being it was their fault?

On September 12, I was a in a car accident. The car in front of me was cut off, so that made me hit him. My air bags came out, my front end is bent up my Telluride is a mess. My truck is in the shop so with that said, the shop can't fix it right now because they can't get the parts since it's a new truck. You would think that they would total it out. I miss my baby, I only had it for one month. The shop has not given any estimate on the truck yet to determine whether it's fixable. I need help!

Mine was totaled without air bag deployment
