• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... So, picked up up new 2020 Telluride March 2 and just finished first wash after a trip to the cottage and a few miles on muddy dirt roads. Thoroughly rinsed whole vehicle and in particular all the black plastic trim and then washed. Disappointed to see that much of the trim seems to be porous and remains stained by mud in spite of rewashing after it initial drying.

I'm sure there is a solution (no pun intended) for this issue in terms of some type of spray on cleaner / polish. Advice appreciated and if there is another thread covering this please point me to it as a search I did using a variety of key words failed to find anything.

Would a good ceramic coat not seal all those porous areas?
