• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... This may be a weird question but does anyone notice a whistling sound when they are driving fast, like on an freeway? I can hear a whistling like air is getting in somewhere but I cannot figure it out. Wondering if it is just me?

I’ve never heard a whistling sound

If you have crossbars on your roof maybe the dealer installed the front ones backwards?

The kind of sound you are describing CAN happen if a piece of outside trim is out of alignment OR if a bit of rain water or snow has filled the crevice area area between the trim and the body or the windshield. So...if you are hearing at high speed ALL the time, it is most likely a trim alignment issue, and unfortunately, that is not easy to find.

Thanks! Could be the issue. I plan to discuss it when I bring my car for an oil change but I can cope with it. I tend to just turn my music up a bit. But luckily it isn't obnoxiously loud.
