• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What did you do to your Telluride today?

Hey guys, I just wanted to see what everyone has done to their cars...with pics!! I know it’s still early in the game, but I’m sure there are some of you that have already done some interesting mods to your ride! Let’s see em!

I’ve done a few minor things that I haven't really broke the bank on, but really dig...pics will be below 👇🏼

1. Kia Telluride all weather rubber floor mats
2. Black “KIA” metal valve stem caps
3. Removed “SX V6” badge
4. PlastiDip “TELLURIDE” front and rear badge
5. Window tint: 20% carbon driver & passenger front, 80% front windshield w/ anti glare/99% UV protection/65% heat reduction
6. Stahlbus oil drain valve plug
7. Removed front license plate & bracket

**still waiting on my black personalized license plate**

So when u plastidip did the extra plastidip came off without messing up the paint

Haaah! Yea, I know, nothin' yet. But let's use our imaginations for the time being. What WOULD you do to your Kia Telluride if you had it?

edit: What did you do to your Telluride today?

Hi Jenny,
I changed out the KIA wheel caps and added the Telluride caps, Change the Kia badge on the hood, truck and steering wheel. Then had a pin stripe specialist add a very fine pin stripe along the ridge line just under the handles. Had the brake rotors painted red to accent the black wheels, and then had the car exterior ceramic coated to protect the paint.

Ohhhhh I do like those! That was the style I was looking at. I plan to wrap all the chrome so that would look sharp! Do you have a link for the ones you got? Did you also do the steering wheel and wheels?
Right here:

There are no white pieces for the steering wheel or wheel caps - anywhere. They're just not made by any manufacturer.

T
Rebadged, window tint, chrome delete (paint), powder coated stock wheels

Plan to : PPF, ceramic coating, TELLURIDE door plates 🤷🏼‍♀️, would love to eventually get an auto start in key fob.... and that’s about all I care about
THANK YOU for posting these pics! I have been planning to do a chrome delete but wasn't sure on the front/rear bumper plates.

Yeah I like changing stuff but minor stuff..
I own a powder coat shop so I’ll change the wheel color for sure and anything else that’s metal I can pull off without effecting warranty
What's the difference between powder coating wheels and plasti dipping them?

Looking nice what % of tint did you use throughout the windows and do you have more pics showing how the sides look with the tinted windows?
I went limousine sides and back 30% driver/passenger

It's amazing how tints change the look of a car so much! Looks beautiful!.... Are the tints legal in your state? any issues from cops? and being that you did the front 30% is it a good tint or you wish you had gone a bit darker?

As long as the cops can see the driver they pretty cool and I'm happy with the front being 30%

All depends on your area. I went 5% which is illegal where I am but they don’t enforce it too much. Either way I say it’s worth it. Once you do it you’ll never be able to drive without tint again.

Oh man!! SWEET!! Awesome job! I’ve been undecided in the color for my telluride Black or Black copper but the black looks so rich.
