• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What did you do to your Telluride today?

Must live where the dark (nearly opaque) tint is allowed... can't go that dark (legally) in IL, as much as I wanted to...

I went the other way on my wheels, from SX black to EX silver - for me I thought silver wheels looked better with the Everlasting Silver (plus I wanted higher profile tires in the pothole land of IL).

Recently got my Kia sport windvisors and rear cargo mat. Nice day out and still gotta wash her up but, took some pics.

Thanks man had her since Sept. So Nice to be complete. Wash and wax her next

Most of what I did is not noticable, clear bra and ceramic coat. Did have pin stripe by dealer as well as window tint, inside was weather tech mats... Come oil change time I will have the dealer change out the LP, backup front blinker lights with LED's, will also do LED headlight replacement.

Hey I got the chrome delete done using a combination of plastidip and 3m wrap. The front end and back end is done in plastidip. The sides and roof is 3m wrap. Gloss for windows and roof rails, and satin black for door handles and lower door trim

--HerrLynch -- did you add the running boards yourself? Want % of tint did you do? That looks pretty sweet!

Lana, I did 35% driver and passenger and 20% all the rest, plus the strip acrossthe front. Running boards were installed by the dealer.

Today, I blacked out the stock wheels of my EX with the relatively new Dipyourcar.com product called Hyperdip. It's closer to a paint (thinner) than regular Plastidip, so a smoother finish. I used five cans (what the kit comes with) and ten coats per wheel. The prep was easy and straight forward. I left the wheels on while I sprayed. My first time using this product, so from five feet it looks really good. When I got real close, I could see some of my mistakes, like a few small runs or blotches. Overall, it is the look I was looking for.

I got some more to do the grill, grill surround and front, side vents. The window surrounds would be a little daunting. I'll have to think about that.

Looks Great! I've been wanting to do the same to my Black EX as well, but I'm wondering about the longevity of it. Let us know how the HyperDip holds up compared to PlastiDip.

According to Fonzie at DYC, it's more flexible, durable and less susceptible to brake dust and dirt. I guess I'll find out.
