What is this clip?

What is this clip? I was removing the 2nd row floormat from my 2023 SX-P X-Line and it got a little stuck under the driver's seat, when I finally got it out this clip popped out too.

I can't figure out where it is supposed to go, other than the back, bottom of the driver's seat somewhere. Can anyone help?

Coincidentally I just found one in my shop vac and thought it was off my daughter's Sportage. I've checked the front tracks of my car and none of the rails on either side have them.
