What is this combination - EX with LED headlights?

I came across this video that shows an EX, but it has the amber running lights, LED headlights, and fog lights of the SX. They call it an EX Premium (and 2018 incorrectly). It has the EX rims, 2nd row bench, and EX badge on the back. I didn't think this combination was an option.

That would make sense. I looked up where the dealer is located and they are in Edmonton in Alberta, Canada. I haven't really heard too much about the differences between the US and Canada versions.
