What is this phenomenon about of replacing or covering the Kia emblems to make it look like a Lexus emblem? I’m apparently too new to the Telluride to understand what’s going on here. What’s up?

Not sure what this has to do with the topic - so I'm going to move this into its own discussion. In any event, many people simply like Kia's old logo better. The Kia Motors "K" emblem design existed before Lexus was even a thought in Toyota's mind. Does that help explain the phenomenon, @JGBJanet?

I ordered some emblems for myself as well.

Nothing to do with Lexus, but simply the stylized badge looks better and more befitting a premium looking vehicle like the Telluride.

Switching out the badge should drop quite a bit when Kia switches to its new emblem starting sometime next year.

Why are some of the after market badges here called KLexus? Those are the first ones I saw.

It's just because the stylized K kinda looked like the Lexus L.

The vehicle is a concept. The logo is official. It’ll start being seen on at least one Kia next year.

I'm not a fan of this clean futuristic design that Tesla made main stream it's this weird combination of the Jetson's, Luxury but in a Chip Fosse style and a YOGO! Not for me
