Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... There was another post saying that the Georgia factory shutdown due to the semi-conductor shortage. Possibly putting them 2 weeks behind. Probably the reason not much in the way of FC. I have a 10/14 ETA and mine showed up in FC on 8/28.

Kia again halted Georgia vehicle production, blaming chip shortage
Kia's sprawling vehicle assembly plant in Georgia has again temporarily halted work because of a shortage of semiconductor chips. The issue has hit GM, Ford and other automakers as well, leaving thins supplies for consumers trying to buy new cars, SUVs and pickup trucks.
