In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Where does the 4pin trailer harness connect to in the dash ?

Can someone show me please where it goes in the dash please ?
I was at Uhaul getting ready to go to CA for Thursday and come to find out the brake lights don't work on the 4pin but the rest of the functions do .

Here's an update apparently the recall that was done in October 2020 has failed so they're looking to correct it.
 
They are upgrading it to a 7pin so that being said What trailer brake accessory is compatible ?
