I am "taking over" my wife's green 2020 Telluride EX with tow package. She loves the car but I am getting rid of my minivan and she wants something smaller. I go on MTB trail heads and I would like a little more grip and extra side wall without having to worry about the lift messing up with the self leveling shocks. Would the Falken Wildpeak 255/65/18 fit? Stock is 245/60/18. Does the speedo "auto adjust" to different tire sizes like the Jeeps do?

You'll probably rub a bit. The max seems to be 31" diameter tire. On 18" rims, the largest seems to be 265/60/18. I'm running 265/65/17 with no rub and it's about the same diameter as the 265/60/18.
I don't know about the speedo auto adjusting. How would the car know what size tires you have?
