• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... We have a moss green ex. 4k miles

The drivers side window got stuck down a week and a half ago.
I took it into shawnee mission kia in ks. They added dry lubricant and couldn't find anything else and couldn't duplicate. Two days later we went out of town and on our way back Saturday (08-24-19) this happens:
Drivers window got stuck again. My husband rolled the Window down halfway and then clicked the button to roll up. it went all the way up then on it's own rolled down leaving a half inch gap.we stopped turned car off then back on window rolled up.
About an hr later passenger window did same thing.

On mon (08-26-19) took it to same dealership and they were able to replicate after 1.5hrs. They had no loaner so they gave me back my car and asked me to drop it off tues (08-27-19) morning. They just called saying since the car is so new they don't know what the issue is and they just cant throw parts at it if they dont know what's causing the issue. I'm supposed to just keep documenting the issue. Frustrating for sure.

I have called corporate kia and they have opened a case.

Your windows may need to be recalibrated. Try this (from page 4-38 of USA manual)

Window reset.webp

Same issue. The windows will roll up and them roll back down about an inch. It takes multiple attempts to get them to stay up.

I’m also having issues with the auto-stop function. The auto-stop indicator light on the dashboard will be on, but the car doesn’t turn off. When I press the brake at a stop light the car doesn’t consistently turn off, either.

I’m going to schedule a service but if they tell me they can’t fix it, like the original poster said, there will be an issue. That’s ridiculous and I hope by now they have figured out the cause to these electronic issues.

Auto start stop is called ISG or Idle Stop and Go. Read up in manual about it's function - it is not supposed to shut off every time. There are conditions.

Did either of you get this issue resolved? Also experienced the same thing with out Telluride.
