Window trim reattachment

Finally got mine replaced last week. All four doors under warranty. So far, so good, but it's only been a week.

2023 X-Pro. Our front passenger exterior trim came off in a carwash this week. They told me that it is a known issue, they would not cover replacement, and Kia had a recall on it. I had called the parts department regarding replacement. They said it would be at least 2 weeks before a new one could be ordered in, but didn't mention a recall. Still investigating if there is a recall. May have to call service. Anyone know of a recall?

Mine just started this week. 2023 prestige. Thanks for the recall number. I just happen to be going in for service tomorrow.
