• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have a 2021 Telluride.. I recently received a small rock chip on the passenger side a few months ago. This week I got in my car and had a huge crack on the other side of my windshield with NO rock chip. Now I'm reading about all the windshield issues in the 2020 model. I have never had a windshield crack like this.

Its one reason I will have full glass coverage when my Telluride shows up. I've never had full glass coverage before.

That’s so ridiculous that you would have to do that.. especially if they have had the problem on previous years

This was one of the first significant issues noted, even by articles outside this forum. The thread on windshields is lengthy but anything you would ask has been covered there.
