Alright everyone, i thought i would post my issue on here and see if anyone else has had the same problem. The problem is every once in a while when I turn on my windshield wipers to clear the windshield when I turn them off they stop at their current position. Also when this happens the rear wipers do not work at all and just found out last night that my headlights only come on if I put the light switch to on. Auto lights don't work, running lights neither. Oh and the lights are stuck on bright. Shut the car off for a few minutes and everything is back to normal. Sorry for the rambling

Sounds like an issue with whatever piece of electronics interconnects the wipers with the headlights.......wipers swipe for so many times, headlights come etc. and since it functions properly at times, it is probably a short as suggested above. Sorry to hear you are having the issue because this kind of thing can be a real pain to resolve unless it fails permanently.
