• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... New here. looking for any Information on DIY install of the Wingstep brand running boards? I was quoted $120 hr labor for a 6hr job plus tax so any links or other postings could help.

I looked into getting some of those running boards if I decided to go with the 2" Truxx lift, but there's not a lot of information on them here. Only seen a couple pictures or videos of them installed.

I think the Hyundai Pallisade and their forums are more into this mod. There's a couple variations of these running boards and they supposedly work on either vehicle. I had been quoted $1144 to have them drop shipped from Korea using Hi-motors. Try searching the Pallisade forum too.

That $700 install price might be kinda high, depends on your location though I suppose. I'd recommend checking with your local Off Road customs truck shop if you have any in your area. Amp Powersteps are popular with lifted trucks, but not available for our Telluride. They'd be experienced installing something similar through.

Great thanks for that insight on the amp boards it's a nice alternative I will be looking at the palisade forum
