• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Worse ride with tow package?

So what we test drove had tow package and I felt the ride could’ve been better. We recently bought an extra allocation while we wait for who knows how long for our order and it doesn't have tow package. I swear the ride is nicer. Granted it was months in between the two so maybe I’m remembering wrong, but I don’t think so. Has anyone else experienced this? The only difference is the rear self leveling shocks I think. I’m not excited for a less comfortable ride on our ordered unit after driving this one for the foreseeable future, but I also want the tow package.

Demo ride probably had overinflated tire pressure.

Have the tow package. Rides great.

I also do not have any problems with my ride with the tow package, even after 18 months. My tire pressure was initially over 40 psi when I picked up the Telluride.

I have one with tow package and one without. No discernible difference.

Thats good to hear thanks. Very well could’ve been dealer over inflated tires. Dealer lost a sale to my mother for a highlander because of this. Drove one that rode like garbage and got told some nonsense about sport package that didn’t exist so I sent her to another dealer and wouldn’t you know the same vehicle with proper pressure rode nicer. Second dealer got the sale.

The only difference I noticed was between the 18 and 20 inch tires. The 18s were a little smoother because of the extra sidewall.

Did you find ride with 18 inch bit floaty and wandering little left and right? I am thinking, if i need 20" wheels to make it tighter. 2023 EX comes with 20" wheels as standard.

I didn't really push it in the corners when I test drove an LX in the fall 0f 2020, so I wouldn't doubt it. It's a lot of weight on taller sidewalls.

I've noticed that my 2022 SX with TP rides a bit nicer than my old 2020 SX without it.
