• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Ok, so I just got this email today - is ZAZ something that is part of my Telly or is this just a phishing email? I don't recall my dealer mentioning this. Does this look familiar to anyone - can someone tell me if this is legit?

Did your dealer upsell you on any anti-theft add-ons?

It's not an OEM option. Looks like your dealer added that on and you are not aware of it. Look at your contract again and it will be mentioned somewhere.

Well, I don’t have a contract, just a bill of sale (I paid cash). I paid MSRP per the window sticker with no additional add on. Gonna call em.
