We ordered from Executive Kia in CT at MSRP with a $500 fully refundable deposit. Ordered in mid Oct, ETA is jan 24th.

I also texted a salesperson at Exec Kia in CT by the name of Jorge (online) and he added a $600 dealer fee. He typed that the order for sxp knight fall in E Silver would take 4 to 6 months

Muncie Kia (IN) and Ray Skillman Kia (2 locations in IN) are selling at MSRP. I told the gm that I had a terrible experience at another dealership before coming to them. He said “oh you must’ve come from Napelton Kia” (true!). He said maybe he’s the dumb one for NOT marking up but he feels that it’s bad for retaining customers. I left Napelton knowing exactly what colors and options I wanted to order. I was in and out of Ray Skillman (Shadeland location) within 20 minutes and just received confirmation of 2/9 estimated delivery date (8 weeks after ordering) for my SX-P AWD for MSRP. Christian was a great sales guy and text me with updates often... even if it’s just “hey still waiting on a delivery date”. He talked to me on the phone prior to me making an appt with him. It was a super easy sale. I highly recommend.

Safford Kia of Salisbury - Sydney was awesome.

After a terrible experience with another dealer (Koons Kia of Woodbridge) who lied about a markup, we called Safford about a Wolf Grey EXP they had in stock. They had a $5k markup but said if we financed with them they’d sell at MSRP. Kia rate was .06% higher than my bank’s pre-approval but honestly I could have just refinanced so I was buying regardless. Glad it was close though, I would have felt bad doing that...

MSRP talk aside, I also had a really good customer experience there. I just had a dealer waste my time the night before by lying about a markup and we were about to embark on a month long 2,500+ mile road trip, no longer in a new Telluride like we thought. I saw Safford had one in stock, called them on a whim and told them our deal. They worked with us and we drove two hours to them, knew we were in a hurry, and they got us in and out in under an hour. They were straightforward, honest and did exactly what they said they would.

Here we are 1,000 miles into our trip with a brand new Wolf Grey EXP thanks to them.

We ended up paying $2500 over MSRP for ours. They started at $4500 and worked down. We were on a time crunch which did not help, I feel if I had longer it could have gotten lower. They have a sister dealership in garden grove, and you can play each of them off each other. The more time passes the lower the price will get, for sure.

No worries! Hope u guys enjoyed the holidays. They were actually texting me over the weekend about a white one and can only go as low as $2,000 over msrp. I told them sorry that’s my shipping arrangements so I have to pass. At least you’re satisfied because you were on a time crunch. Most people kick themselves afterwards cuz they didn’t research.

Had a wonderful experience in Athens GA today at Bulldog Kia. We were able to snag a XS-P Dark Moss w/ dune interior off the truck and in under 2 hours drove away paying $500 under MSRP. We originally had one on order with Mall of Georgia Kia and after 4 months of Kia not even picking up our order yet we tried the old fashioned route of buying off the lot. Realizing finding one at MSRP would be difficult I was pleasantly surprised to buy not only at MSRP but slightly under from a dealer 1/2 hour from our house. Easily the best car buying experience I've had in a very long time.

I'm just starting the process and in Southern California. Can you recommend a good dealer that let you order a 2021 AWD Telluride SXP, Black Copper, at MSRP?

Look up Tellurides coming into dealerships on TellyStats
You can plug in state, color and style. That's how I found mine. If you're fast enough you can find it before someone puts a deposit on it.

I have been in contact with JTs the last few days regarding the Black Copper they will be receiving soon. I was told their markup is 2400. They dont seem to be budging from that. I asked for a quote yesterday afternoon and still have not received anything yet. Doesnt matter now as we are making a road trip tomorrow to another dealer to get our new ride!

That's what I was afraid of. They seem to have quite a few SX coming in. The Moss/Dune/NF/T/P is already sold though so someone ordered it.

On a side note, what is with so many of these SX having the stupid "lighting" option? Are dealers just trying to inflate the price as much as possible and add every stupid option as they know they will sell?

I am in the market for EX AWD in Wolf Gray with Premium Package. When I called they had an EX FWD in WG with Premium Package which they were willing to sell at MSRP.

I would recommend Kia Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia. I worked with Richard Ball, 678-804-2000, cell 678-758-7930. I put down a $1000 deposit on 8/28/20 to order a 2021 SX AWD with Prestige/Towing – Dark Moss with Dune Brown interior. Came in early afternoon of 12/11/20 and I picked it up on Wednesday. On the journey home with our new SX P NF in Black Copper! Drove up to OH since I could not find anyone at MSRP anywhere near me in NC. Patrick Scofield was great at VanDevear Kia near Akron OH. He posted yesterday morning on FB that he had a Black Copper at MSRP. I jumped on it and we hit the road first thing this morning. Only extra was about 285 for the dealer fees.

He had everything waiting for us when we arrived. Started back home tonight to cut in to tomorrow's drive. At a hotel after 2 hours of driving. Loving it so far!
