So I messaged the sales guy today and he sent me this. So I think we are good. Can anyone tell me if the stuff in the red box means anything? Thanks 😊
Oh wow u lucky. My guy cut off the bottom lol

The far left column is exterior-interior combinations. So its their reporting
Just wish I knew how to read it To see if it gives me any insight about the timeline of getting my Telly.

Great buying experience with Patrick Scofield at VanDevere Auto in Akron. They were selling at MSRP, but I think they just changed their policy to charge $2500 over.
Also, worked with Kevin Dudley of Enclosed Vehicle Transport to send my trade to the dealership and bring my new car “home”. Can highly recommend both of them.

This post is an update to an earlier post re my recent experience with nowcar.com,aka Miami lakes Auto Mall. In my earlier post I wrote that I received exactly what I ordered in perfect condition and within the forecasted 2 1/2 months delivery schedule but , not enough was said about the outstanding customer service I received not only during the ordering and build period but also after delivery. Once delivery was made my sales rep, Nathaly Contreras, could have easily forgotten about the sale but instead she continued to be sure that everything was in order. Specifically, before the temporary one month registration expired she wanted to be sure that I received the permanent registration. In addition she checked with their title department to be sure the refund due to me from transferring my Florida tags to the new vehicle was on track. When the refund was delayed she intervened and facilitated the shipment of a $317 refund. In summary, during every step of the entire process Nathaly stayed on top of the situation constantly updating me on the order status many times late in the evening or on week ends, then following up even after the sale. I have to admit that I had my doubts about nowcar.com based on a few negative reports on the web plus the unknown effects of being under the umbrella of a super large new car dealership, Miami lakes Auto Mall. At this point I can only say that the nowcar.com on line new car buying experience with the guidance and help of Nathaly was totally professional, efficient, reliable, and easy to implement. Of the nine new car purchases that I've made over a lifetime this one was clearly the easiest. Finally, to top it off nowcar.com delivered my 2021 Telluride to my residence for a price of MSRP plus $115( includes ALL misc fees and transfer of FL tags exc state tax). I don’t know of any FL dealership that can come even within a few thousand of what I paid and I checked out many.

Just purchased my Telluride today from Kia Downtown Los Angeles. I reached out to them for a Wolf Gray SXP NE that they recently got in stock. With all of the information from these forums and failcat.com I told them where I needed to be in order to purchase from them. I had already put a deposit on the same car down at MSRP with Carlos from i25 Kia in CO (more on that in a second) so I figured if I could get the car for $2k or under right away I would be happy with that since that is what the doc fee and shipping would have cost. They got back to me in a few minutes and said if I could come today they could do it for $2k over MSRP. I said done! While there, Fred took care of me and the process was pretty painless and they kept to their word. I really appreciate how easy they were to deal with.

Now to Carlos from i25 Kia (crubio@i25kia.com). I messaged him from one of the posts he made here. He got back to me right away but unfortunately all of you beat me and took all of the cars I was looking for. I asked him to keep my info if what I wanted became available. Sure enough the next morning I received an email that a WG SX P/N/T was coming in March 1 and would only need a refundable $500 deposit. Sent the money and received the confirmation. It was great knowing that within a few weeks I would have the car I wanted. It didn't stop me from looking though and as you know from above I found another that was available right away. I emailed Carlos to tell him I had bought one and would need to be refunded. He responded back within minutes with what he needed to refund me and shortly after I received the refund of the $500. He also congratulated me on getting my Telluride. He was really easy to work with and I would suggest reaching out to them if you are looking.

Now time to start looking for all the extras I need for the new Telly! Thanks everyone that posted before me. To all of those still looking read through these threads...they help a lot!

I came out and ordered mine today. I'm not sure what will happen once mine is delivered in the future, but so far communication has been great and clear. He let me know right away about their dealer's fee + tag of $700ish on top of MSRP and tax. During the ordering process, he clearly confirmed which add-ons I wanted or not, no upsell at all.
Yea Chris has been good to work with. He reached out on his own giving an update about every 2 weeks. I ordered mine on 12/10, last update from him was an ETA of 2/10. Not bad considering I’m seeing folks wait anywhere from 4-6 months.

Would you be willing to provide information (i.e. email, phone, etc) for the sales rep?

How did you finance the car? Was the KIA 1.9% APR available at the same price that you agreed to buy the car for?
I was about to proceed with a loan application when I was told the price we agreed upon includes a $500 rebate, and that the rebate is only available when financed at the higher rate of 2.25%.
So basically if you wish to finance at 1.9% you pay $500 more than originally signed up for.
This was not mentioned beforehand...
Price is still good but I feel a bit duped.

i did not finance or even inquire about it. The main lesson I learned in the process is that one needs to check with Nathaly at each turn. What's posted on their website needs to be confirmed by Nathaly. I made a similar error at the outset without checking with her which required an adjustment on my part.

Dealers do not have to participate in all Kia incentive programs. My dealer was offering both incentive options (1.9% or $500 rebate with 2.25% for 60-66 months). In our case, after trade and down payment, when we ran the numbers it turned out the $500 rebate and slightly higher rate produced the lower payment for the term length we were looking at. It was only a difference of $3-4 or so but it was something. Moral of the story is, do the math and you may be surprised to find out that the rebate and 2.25% is actually better for you. If it isn't better, the difference may be very slight.

I get it. My point was that the price we committed to, and ordered at, was unrelated to the APR%..
At the time of ordering, they did confirm that they would honour the factory APR incentives.
OK, so they honour KIA's APR's but I need to pay $500 extra (on top of the price we committed to) in order to get the 1.9%.
Again, not a huge deal but not as straightforward as it should have been.

Agree. That is an ENTIRELY different story and would not sit well with me either.

What is the exact wording on your contract? What exactly were they planning to do if the Kia $500 rebate was not available at the time of delivery?

In our case, our contract specifically stated that incentives available at time of delivery would be available to us. At time of our order, 0.9% for 60 months was available but that was no longer the case at time of delivery.

Pulled the trigger earlier today and ordered from Fort Bend Kia. Dave was really nice and it didn't take long. Now to start lining up all the accessories I need (running boards, mats, etc) Any recommendations will be appreciated

Gravity Gray.......good choice 👍. You’ll get 100 different recommendations on mats.

Try Duchess Kia in Poughkeepsie NY. A couple of months ago, they told me they were selling at MSRP. Might be worth giving them a call.
