Good Dealer Dealings - List Your Good Dealer Experience

I’ve never used Smartliners but some folks around here like them. Same with Maxpider

I would like to order the 2021Telluride SX with prestige, nightfall, towing. Gravity grey, or other dark color, with dune, brown interior. for MSRP without addendums. Anyone can recommend a dealership in NY NJ CT MA?

Was shocked to receive a text from Jakeob over at Arapahoe Kia yesterday morning, giving me the heads up that my ride had arrived! I was thinking it was coming more around 2/5. Anyway, having not stepped foot in a dealership in many years, I was preparing for the worst when I picked up my Telluride. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was a very easy process, the most lengthy was when I sat with the finance guy. When we got home, my wife said, "Car dealerships have changed...for the better."

A second shout out to Muncie. Picked me up at the airport. Payed less than MSRP. Out of there in less than an hour.

Any good dealers in TN? We're looking for a 2021 Gravity Gray LX AWD with tow and no other options including dealer addons.

We're picking ours up from Lucas@ Muncie on Saturday, what color did you get?
All good things about Lucas and Muncie; I live in N. Indiana so made a two hour drive, all went well, costco discount. Still very happy with purchase 2 1/2 mo. later. I know you weren't addressing this to me, just jumped in b/c I'm part of the Kia Muncie customer base. Mine was Black Copper/Dune.

I had a great experience with Gervais Kia in Lowell, MA

Ebony Black/Black SX-P Nightfall Tow. Had Lucas tint the front windows to match. Just arrived in MT. When I get it washed, I'll post a pick of the "twins".

I’d like to give a shout out to Gurley LEEP Kia in Mishawaka Indiana. Even though my telly was a couple of weeks late the experience was 100% satisfactory. No price gouging.....my friend Christian walked me through all the technology and buttons and settings in the vehicle before I left. Great place to get your telluride.

Going to preliminarily give a thumbs up to Charlie's in Augusta Maine. So far all my dealings have been via email or telephone, they've been super easy going and pricing is at MSRP. With any luck, from the three dealers I spoke with, Charlie's seems to have my best shot at getting an actually allotted Telluride in this round? One other dealer said they're now into Feb or March before they can order another one and the third was stating 5-7 months. Charlie's seems to think sooner, we'll see. And no money down until they have a confirmed acceptance, and then it's $500 and refundable anyway. Needless to say, one of the better buying experiences so far. Joe Furrow and Joe Ronco are who I've dealt with.

We just got home from Kia of Muncie, met with Lucas Boehm and brought our SX AWD Dark Moss with Espresso interior home. For people that haven't had the pleasure of working with Lucas, let me tell you, he is the BEST!! He is VERY honest and his communication skills are second to none. He is such a good person, I can't recommend him, Craig(the finance manager) and the dealership enough!! Outstanding buying experience!!

Hello,
I live in Oregon and could not find a dealer in Oregon or Washington that offer MSRP. They are all 10k above MSRP. I placed my order with a dealer in IN that offer $1200 under MSRP. Although I placed order I am still looking for dealer on west coast that will offer msrp. If I am successful, I will keep you posted. Please do the same if you find a dealership.

Happy hunting!! :-)

+1 for @StephenCantrelle at Classic Kia in Carollton, TX. Took care of me at MSRP and made ordering seamless. Had fun talking to him on my birthday
I echo these comments concerning Stephen. My car actually arrived at my house today (had it shipped from Classic Kia) and I could not be happier with the buying experience that I had with Stephen. Stephen took the time to FaceTime with me today about all the features with my new Telluride. I highly recommend Stephen and Classic Kia after shopping cars for several months. Thank you, Stephen!

I think I ended up ordering through the same dealer from IN ;).....at this point I have had some contact with what seems like every dealer in OR and WA. Best deal I found was $2k over msrp on factory order. have found a dealer in CO that is offering MSRP +$195. West Coast is pretty rough it seems.
