  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I'm intrigued by this car when I saw a few on the dealer lots. Who has one? Got any Forte trim level recommendations? :)

GT manual has my interest. Elantra N coming out in a year or two will be more interesting though.

My nephew wants a Stinger or a Forte but he's only 12. I figure maybe get one and drive it for a few years until he turns 16, or 17, or 18, or 21. I should probably leave him at least a year on the warranty :ROFLMAO:

Giving a stinger to a 16 year old could be asking for trouble. 😵

He may want a Stinger, but he's not getting a Stinger. He'll be getting a hoopty whatever. If he can maintain the beater car for a year or two, get a job to pay for the insurance, gas (which, in CA, is way way way above the national average gas price per gallon. Don't get me started about the CA "gas" "tax"), maintenance, any tickets, then I'll consider hooking him up with a used Forte, or maybe hand him down the one I'll be driving for a few years.
