Canadian 2021 Telluride

Put down a deposit on an SX Limited on Jan. 19th, not exactly in a hurry but hope the wait isn't too much more than the two months they thought it would be.

They never gave us a date when it was coming in. He argued that they told is us it would be here in December and that my sales guy told me it would be December as well. I just said that was a lie and just want my deposit back and we would go our separate ways. Literally 10mins later the sales guy we were dealing with texted me saying that he was giving me updates and that the vehicle would arrive in 2021......so the sales manager just said it would he December now the sales guy text me it would be sometime in 2021. You could see how I lost faith in this dealership lol lies lies lies

Any Canadian owners feel vibrations at highway speeds in their telluride? I know a few people in the states have. I plan on taking my telluride for highway speed drive when I order this spring. I'm hoping no issues from the dealer in taking a longer pre purchase test drive.

This may be a silly question but I have not bought a new car in a looong time. Not too long ago the financing % dropped from 3.99% down to 2.99? what are the chances of it dropping again to 1.99% or lower? Was going to start the shopping / emailing process in the very near future.
 
Has anyone changed out the Kia nameplates on the front and back to something different?
It would be nice to get the new Kia nameplates and swap them out.

yes, it happens, but it is not significant - it does not bother me. It looks like the wheels are out of balance but the vibration goes not to the steering wheel but to the body.
You don't get anywhere from this, since this is a design feature of the car, well, such a conclusion was made after examining the forum member's car, as a result of the difference in the angle of deflection of the shafts.

Sounds like they forgot to add "Always-on Body Massage" to the feature list, for those long-haul drives. :)

Put my deposit on a SX Limited on Dark Moss with grey interior last Monday. Dealer manager initially said they are out of grey Nappa but he said he was able to put the order in. I seem to be in for a long wait... Ontarians who got their Tellurides recently, how long did you wait for?

Did you shop around at a variety of dealers? May I ask who you bought through? Was going to send out some feeler emails shortly.

Kind of- I went on my regular Kia dealer (Foster Kia in Scarborough) where I purchased and maintained my 2015 Rondo and balked a little bit with the markup. Then I became a member of APA and got their report - final price would be around $800 below the price on the website, including markup - and a contact of another dealer (Scarboro Kia) that was set to agree to that price. In the end Foster agreed to match it and I was happy to close the deal with them as I’ve generally got good service there.

I’m kinda disappointed that they say they can’t instal the 7-pin tow hitch harness because it’s only sold in the US, I need to call some other dealers because I def want a dealer to install it.

Ordered my SX-L on Nov. 9th from Orangeville and still waiting for it.

Hot damn. Foster said 1-3 months wait and I thought it would fall kind of in the middle... seems it’s going to be more than that easily

When I asked for the 7pin when I ordered it in August, and came in September, although the dealer could not do it, they sent it to a 3rd party and got it done for me.

It took a while (I took the vehicle while I waited for the appointment), and in the end turned out to be the cheapest option I could have gotten.

All warranty still valid.

Looking back, I wish I never paid for a brake controller and got the Bluetooth one, but the shop was cool and never screwed it in before talking to me, so we agreed to just put wires under the dash, and I can just plug it in as needed.
