IF, it becomes a large enough issue to warrant a claim (and this may be applicable more to owners than leasers, and it's tied to Canada as we don't have a Lemon Law here), if you can't get satisfaction from the dealer and Kia Customer Support, your next step is to take it to CAMVAP for arbitration. Canadian owners need to know of this organization, as most car manufacturers selling vehicles in Canada participate in it... with the recent departure of Chystler (with the formation of Stellantis, this January, FCA/Stellantis bailed out of the agreement and owners of their vehicles are left without any recourse than taking things to court personally).
