Hopeful Telluride owner

I was about the pull the trigger on a Highlander and came across the Telluride. I hope to get one at MSRP if possible.

Welcome! That was also on my short list. What swayed you to Telluride? For me it was Dune Brown over Glazed Caramel leather, a bigger compartment under the cargo area, better door arm rests, and roomier back rows, to name a few.

I actually haven't test driven the Telluride yet. My only local dealership never has any in the lot.
I did test drive the Highlander Platinum and liked it but was disappointed in the third row space ( I am not sure why I am even worried about the 3rd row as I will likely be the only occupant most of the time ). The Highlander also does not have ventilated seats in the middle row/captain chairs.
The online reviews & videos I've seen about the Telluride is really what swayed me. I will anyway only buy one if I test drive it - if I ever get the call from the dealership.

About a year ago, I test drove a Telluride, Highlander, MDX, CX-9, and Atlas on the same (long). I didn't know a lot about Telluride, but had seen one in person at a car show and added it to my short list. I was concerned that I would still be undecided after the test drive, but instead it just cemented my decision. I totally understand your desire to test drive one - hopefully the trim level you'd actually purchase. Good luck and I hope you can get the chance to hop in one soon.

That's impressive that the Telluride beat out the MDX - though that may have been the previous generation MDX.

I currently have a '08 Accord - so this is going to be very different in many ways if I can get my hands on one!
