Order to delivery time

anyone know the average realistic time delivery for a Telluride order placed now for suburban CHICAGO dealers

Nobody can answer this for you accurately, a lot of variables at play: the allotment your dealer gets, how many others are in line ahead of you, what trim you’ve purchased v. what they are allotted, etc. When you consider the fact that there’s nobody who has also ordered now, meaning placing an order today from a Chicago dealer, who has gotten their Telluride delivered, all you can do is trust the word of the specific dealer’s estimate.

Reached out to dealer a week ago Saturday. Said he didnt have an ETA on my telly. When I ordered I had 27 SX orders in front of me. Since then 37 SX VINs have been created for that dealer. So I'm hoping that I'm close. Not sure if this months allocations already took place but I'm hoping to be in that group.

No, I don't think so.

Hmmm, have you asked your sales rep. where you are in (Kdealer/deposit) line for your particular make? A lot is based on allocations the dealer gets from KIA and who is in front of you. Allocations generally occur 15th -17th of each month.

Check fail to see what what your dealer was allocated/to in the month of February for example.

So I'm hoping that I'm close. Not sure if this months allocations already took place but I'm hoping to be in that group.

Just an example, take a look at my signature line of how expedient the process has moved for my order. This particular dealer took in 50 plus allocations in February, mostly SX. I was 11th in line on 3/10/21.

I guess ask where you are now in line. According to your numbers, they have had 57 SX allocations, and you were 27th in line in January.
