• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Interesting, thanks for the link. I noticed in the owner's manual it was recommending top tier gas or fuel additive packets or something. Got it on my list to look into. Looks like top tier puts more gunk on cylinder heads, but WAY less on valves.

Do you have a source for the additional buildup on the cylinders? Only things I’ve read mention a 20% reduction in build up on the valves but nothing about any additional buildup.

Figure 8 in the PDF. It's not much, certainly not compared to the amount of reduction that you get on the valves.
