Ordered my Black Copper SXP Dune Brown with towing package on March 9th. Got a call from the dealership on April 26 that the order was accepted. Was told on May 15 that we had a VIN. No delivery date yet. On Saturday it will be 12 weeks.

I ordered a Gravity Grey with Grey Interior SX-P with Tow Package on March 25th. Just received notification on May 22nd that they are fulfilling my order. Still waiting for an actual delivery date

Here is a copy of the letter the dealer sent to me... I removed the names to protect the innocent.. Trying to figure out based on the wording if my vehicle is already built or not... Says they are filling my order from the pool of available vehicles... Not sure what that means. Still says could take up to 45 Days... Which would be around July 5th.. Anyone have an opinion?? Only additional options I ordered is Cross Bars and Wheel Locks.

Get a VIN... once you have that, expect 4-5 weeks. If no VIN, vehicle doesn't exist yet.

It is cool how they are requiring these Telluride's be allocated to sold orders and will audit them. That is to say, they can't get the cars and sell to another higher bidder, and keep the sold order open. I suppose they could change the name on the sold order if there isnt one yet, but that would be shady.

Yes, it had my Request ID and my Name on the letter. It did not have a VIN Number on it, however...

I would say your car will be built just will take a while to get it built
Hang in there i have been waiting since 3/21 and still have 5 more weeks for my ETA

did you order any options with your order. I think a lot of the variations in time has to do with options.

I just ordered mine in Indy blk/ butter with light package AWD.
The dealership put in two options blk/butter or Moss/Butter AWD.

We ordered ours on 5/18. SX AWD with Black Copper, Black Interior, and no Prestige. Tow package, interior lights, & back mat. They told me 6-8 weeks. I will keep you posted. This a dealship in Franklin TN.
