• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Anyone have a template or know where I can get one or print one out? Need to take off the lettering in order to paint. Thanks.

What color? Easier to leave on and paint on car. No need to remove them. Hyper dip them.

I don't want the letters. Just the template to align the letters.

Have you thought about Plasti Dip or HyperDip? There are several YouTube tutorials (here is one of many). It's easy to do.

I don't want to color the letters. I just want to put them back on straight after I take them off for some body work.

I've had installers tell me that they are easy to mar when removing. It's <$40 for a new set so that might be the best route.
