Order to delivery time

I ordered my Telluride on 1/26. I haven't been able to get any information from the dealer on whether the order has been allocated in KFOS yet. Wouldn't the dealer know whether the order is still in Kdealer or if it is been accepted into KFOS? All they can say is that it must be in KFOS already. Isn't there some way for them to know what's going on with my order?

Speak to the General Sales Manager. They are generally the ones who places the order into Kdealer and they have the ability to at least tell you if the order has or has not been accepted yet. Don't rely on your salesperson on this.

Ordered a White/grey SX with nightfall package back in October. I called last week and still nothing. Hopefully we'll hear better news in June.

That doesn’t sound right. I ordered a White/Gray SX with Nightfall in early March. Vehicle is currently in transit.

Just got confirmation that our Telluride arrived at the dealer yesterday. That puts our order to dealer delivery time at exactly 5 weeks. Sorry for all those that have had to wait longer, but I'm thrilled we're going to have ours for our Memorial Day trip.

Can you give us the details? what dealership? What trim?

no VIN yet, final VIN should be released after the car is built, but before shipping. Don't know shipping time from West Point to St Louis, Metro

Ordered in Nov 11th 2020. Just got an ETA of June 30, 2021. It’s ridiculous. Dealer can’t even tell me if the car is in production or a ViN has been assigned. Wife is loosing interest fast

My dealer is the same way. No information after 4 months. They cannot even confirm if the order has even been accepted or not.

Picked up GG/Dune. Drove 55 miles already (getting 2nd COVID shot and running errands), and managed to cover nearly every driving condition already: city streets, highway, stop and go traffic jam, smooth streets, surface of the moon streets. Very impressed. Compared to our Acura MDX it rides better, absorbs bumps better, is quieter, the transmission is smoother, it has more comfortable seats (especially the headrests), has way better tech, roomier in the back...overall just more pleasant to drive. The only nitpick I have is that when approaching the car while it is locked, on the Kia you have to push the button to unlock it. The Acura unlocked just by sticking your hand in the door handle to open it...so one less step. Other than that, the Telluride is superior in every way so far. I only wish it had wireless CarPlay...am planning to buy an adapter.
