Hi Stephen - I was told my order was placed for a 2022 (Doug Smith Kia) and that the ETA is 7/15, however the guy hasn't sent me the VIN, are you able to see this and confirm the delivery date?

Have to have Vin in order to see status.. likely will be built in the next couple weeks

Can you explain how this works. (Sorry, I am completely confused.) So, dealer says its not there. When something shows in the system that it is in dealer stock. Does it mean its there or in que to be there.

Sometimes this happens.. not often.. if it shows in dealer stock in our system but not yet been dropped off than will show in next few days..

The interior lighting, illuminated scuff plates, mud flaps, cross bars, bumper protector, cargo mat.... and they added carpeted floor mats, which I didn't request. Mostly, I wanted the cross bars and interior lighting. Do you know if these things are easy to install afterwards? I looks like they are available to purchase online. I'm buying out of state, so I won't be able to have them installed at the dealer I'm purchasing from.

Yes all those items listed are currently not available. exception being cargo mat.

Cross bars you can add at same cost at dealer.(Any dealer)
most people ordering the lighting package aren't aware that the SX comes standard with the 64 color ambient light.
The lighting package only lights up foot wells and cup holder as is 16 color variable.(this also can be installed but labor is involved)

Currently the lighting package isn't available to order so must of been dropped on Kia's end.

lol dang, went from 6/22 to 6/24 to 7/3 and now 7/13. Our sales guys confirmed yesterday that it ETA is still 6/24. Do you @StephenCantrelle have the same access as our KIA sales guy?

Thank you - dealer said he can put them both in, so I'm happy. I'll be checking in again on the ETA with you down the road.
