…a friend of mine pointed out that it looked like an oriental symbol instead of a logo and when I looked again she was right…

Um, ya… lol.
They should’ve thought of that before they re-designed the logo.
I saw someone who Photoshopped the grill badge black on a NF, you couldn’t even see it. It completely blended in with lines in the grill.
At least with the old badge, it was blacked out but you could still read it.
I’m over it. Just waiting for kdm warehouse to come up with a solution.

I believe PlastiDip makes a tinted spray. That way you could apply multiple coats to darken it to your liking. That's my plan.

Thanks, my 20 was Snow White and the 22 being glacier white, I put them next to each other and could really see the differences in the white. Glacier is a lot more white. Still adapting to the chrome on the side around the windows verses the brush finish. But the more I look at it I like it and I’m not big on the chrome usually. And the Kia emblem is growing on me as well.

did u get a good deal with the trade-in? like how the value hold up against selling it. I recently got a 21 LX awd a month ago but thinking trading it atleast 2 years from now to get a better financing (we messed up with the terms) and hopefully 23' onwards would have significant upgrades.,

They gave me 37500 on trade but vroom offered me 38997 to buy it from me. I did the trade instead and saved on the taxes. It had just over 34k on the mileage

I’m curious to know why Kia changed the shade of white. Do you think most people prefer the GWP over SWP?

They still offer both colors I think, not positive, but the glacier white is definitely more white and bright. And still has a pearl in it as well

They don’t. GWP replaced SWP in late August 2020. All whites before then were SWP, all whites since have been GWP.

While I suppose some people might have a preference if they’re trading or something, no one has ever really had to make the choice of one or another at the dealer… these two whites were not made concurrently.

These prices won’t last long they are having a used car shortage and are paying top dollar in my case more than I paid for it 2 years ago. All because of covid. So this will probably never happen again in my life time so I took advantage

Random question - did anyone else notice that the new 2022 Telluride models do not have trim badge (LX, S, EX, SX) on the trunk door anymore! From all the photos that are posted on this thread I haven’t seen trim badge on none of them.

Why would Kia remove the trim badging? Just curious…

Dealer told me that only the SX prestige will be badge. But that’s coming from the sales guy

Yes, we noticed that when the first pictures started to be made available. I think it’s a good idea.

Now that the official info is out, it’s confirmed.

Those look like some Mazda rims taken off another car and put on the Telluride. Ex premium still have the same rims as last year
