I decided to call Kia Canada one more time and asked for a supervisor, not just employees of the customer department. I left a message and to my surprise he called back. Took a break for a day. A shorter answer from Kia Canada:
"We will fix everything, we qualify everything as a factory defect. Replace the car - no, compensation - no. Well, we are not responsible for the manufacturer, we only undertake to investigate and correct the factory defects."
I sent an email again and called the factory again.
A couple of days passed - complete disregard for my appeals.
Everything is ready for the court, next week I will start legal proceedings with KMMG Inc.
