• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Any news or updates on this?
no. In early November, Kia Canada gave the green light for warranty repairs. I put this on pause, as I am not satisfied with a completely new car: 3 painted parts, repair cost 20% of the car price, interior disassembly to replace the headliner and plastic trim. I told Kia Canada 3 times that I was not satisfied with this decision and asked someone from them to contact me, but they ignored everything 3 times. Since I prepare myself for the trial, and English is not very good, it takes a lot of time.
Most likely I will register QBC clame on Monday 30 November.

I get what you are saying - but check out SavageGeese's review of the new Ford Explorer ST

Posted this in the news section - the Telluride, according to CR, is not only rated above-average in reliability, but is Kia's most reliable model.

Sure, there are issues, but every vehicle has some (esp. when new, before the kinks get worked out).

For instance, the RAV4 is rated average and the LS 500, below average.

I get where Kwim is coming from. My mom worked for Magna for 25 years as a paint inspector and she cannot pass a car without pointing out paint defects that I would never notice. But when you are buying something new you don't want it to be scratched or defective in anyway

I for one like what the OP did, which is watch out for us and also try and improve KIA's QC. For some people they might not see it or not mind, but for others it bugs them, the more people point out things the better it is for the consumer. Sure they aren't the most expensive luxury car, but they don't have to be. 50k isn't chump change. I applaud the effort and hope it gets resolved, and in the end more KIAs come out with better outcomes on the details of their car because it'd be a headache.

Almost like complaining enough about something, such as the camera flickers or vibrations, and they'll finally make a TSB. I think it's a good thing. Sure you can nitpick or call him a nitpicker, but in the end it's a benefit for the consumer overall in the future. The world's a better place when we're all different. I'm sad that there was so much volatility in the thread, just take note and move onto another thread. This obviously isn't the "Kia's bad bash them thread" it's a fix... just like I'd hope I'd read everyone's pros/cons on what Kia will do for you.

Hey.
The last steps remain, I am going to sue soon.
I saw a recent court decision where Toyota Canada defended itself by shifting responsibility to the manufacturer's Toyota. The guy wasted a lot of time re-filing a lawsuit.

Question to the Americans, please help with the address of the KIA Motors manufacturing Georgia. inc
How can you find out the official address of this company?

Who of you who followed the topic and filed complaints and or claims, what is the official address of this company.
Thanks in advance.

By the way, I now guess why Kia Canada ignores my requests.

Try the Secretary of State website for Georgia. Most states have a method of looking up businesses

I tried to read through this whole thread again and maybe I missed it. Exactly what resolution are you trying to get from this? Repair to current vehicle? New vehicle of the same make and model? Repurchase of your current vehicle so you can start over? Monetary damages? Or something else?

1 - Replacing the car with a new identical trim is a priority decision.
2 - Alternative - partial warranty repair and cost reduction, i.e. compensation. But it depends on the amount.

On Wednesday I called the plant and left a message.
Sent an email asking to get involved in the process and contact me by Friday. The letter contained all the correspondence with Kia Canada, the numbers of the stamps, the conclusion of the service manager, etc.
Since the kind people shared Stuart Countess's email address, I sent him an email too.

FULL IGNORED.
The brand's motto is - The customer and his problems with our shitty cars are nothing. 😂
Next week I will file a statement with the court.

I'm a Ford retiree, and I need Ford to be all that, but I'm getting a Tellirude SOON. I did look at the Explorer. I'm currently driving a Ford Expedition 2016. At this stage of my life(73) i want something a bit more refined.

Calm down Kwim. I think everyone on this site is well aware of your personal Telluride issues as they appear in many threads on this forum however there are still not only a large group of people here who don’t have issues but people here who are excited about their upcoming purchase or delivery. Let’s give them the opportunity to be happy and yes go ahead and still share your problems and concerns but not knock the people with a snarky comment

Well, this *is* the thread he started...

Kwim,

Thanks for your post. I decided to inspect my AWD T SX P in as much detail as you did. Mine was built in August 2019 and I took delivery in September. I could not find any of the defects you mentioned you found in your T.

I have had KIAs since 2008, mainly Sorento's, and I am very satisfied with the quality. I strongly believe your issue is the exception and not the rule. I will keep my eyes and ears open when I am in my T (20 K miles) or my daughter's Sorento (65 K miles).

Thanks for your post

There's exactly and only one person complaining, KIA is not going make a TSB for this. No one will. If 5% of buyers or more are complaining about the same defects, then yes, but that's a different story.

👍, and all these defects are associated with the "hands growing out of the ass" of the assembler and the negligence of the quality department. in addition to the bumper, here the Kia can release a bulletin, but more claims are needed, as was the case with the stinger.

PS Why 5%?

Expedition is a completely different class, it is one step, if not 2 higher than telluride.
You know, it's always fun for me to read posts: I can buy a Premium (Volvo, BMW, Audi), but I bought telluride. Telluride is the best.
and / or
I drove many different cars, including luxury ones, telluride is the best.

Buyers, future or expectant, should be excited about what they are buying, or rather what the manufacturer has to offer.
I have problems with the car, but they are connected with a factory worker whose hands are growing out of his ass and the negligence of the quality department. It is clear that this is due to agility.
There are guys who have problems with vibration, for example, and solving this problem is much more difficult than mine.
Anyone has everything in order. But will it be so? Cars break down, any cars break down. And we should not think about this, but about how the manufacturer reacts.
