Latest information on Ordering System(Kdealer/KFOS) starting Sept 2020

Which trim did you get? I went with the S FWD but now I debating AWD. Not sure if it’s worth the $2k for the 1-2 weeks of bad weather.

I got the SX AWD. I live on dirt roads & muddy roads can be as bad as ice & snow sometimes.

Very good point, I’m mostly suburbs/city so I think FWD will be ok. Hope you get yours soon! I’m trying to see if I can swap the floor mats to all weather vs. carpeted.

I ordered all weather & they actually ordered thru dealer & will install when they come in because my sales guy said they can get them cheaper.

How are they doing on their allocations so far this year?

They only got about 50 per the last 1 year. You will be waiting a while. I originally ordered from there but requested my money back as they didn’t seem to know what they was doing from the 2021 /2022 switch over.

I suspect that there will be carpet floor mats in your new ride when it arrives.
Ordered my 2022 this week and had a laugh with the sales manager who apologized for having to add the carpet floor mats. He said it is an Kia initial quality requirement. Not going to argue over $210.

Haha i had the same laugh with my sales guy to… I did prefer all weather mats but it sounded like I still had to buy the carpet mats too.

I know on my order he didn’t order all weather floor mats, he wrote it on my order so the order mgr would order them once my order was picked up. Colten is who put my order in.

He didn’t give me to much of hard time getting it back. I was deposited back into my account about 3 days after I asked for it back. I did see they had a few pop up on failcat today, none was the one I ordered requested, my new one was ordered from Murray Kia in Pa.

Was that Ferguson Kia? I just ordered from them, quoted 20 weeks.

Just wanted to let you know I saw on failcat for month of May Ferguson had 27 orders filled. I think that’s pretty good myself. Have they been very responsive with you?

Nothing for me either. I ordered black copper & there has not been a lot that color popping up on failcat. I’m so impatient! I will keep you updated if I get any info on my order.

I was looking at the the wrong dealer in failcat. Murray quoted me 6-8 months.
