I’d recommend redacting some of your personal info. Just use your phone to edit it.

Stephen will have to jump in, according to the Request ID this was submitted it in June. Not necessarily to Kia, but that’s when it went into the dealers local system. I’m thinking you got a new request ID when they transitioned the orders to 2022 models… hopefully.

In failcat, select all cars then click on the word "created". It will sort in reverse order and then you will get your answer.
