Not sure where you are in NJ but I just placed an order for an SX at MSRP with Abeloff Kia in Stroudsburg, PA. Ask for Karissa Watson.

I was told it could be as few as 2 months or longer but didn’t receive a firm commitment, of course. Speak to Karissa for more info.

Nutley Kia was pretty responsive over mail and confirmed they dont charge any markup. They couldnt give any estimate on delivery and asked me to come and book.

Nutley Kia is the only dealership in NJ who sells Telluride at MSRP. It is more preferable if you go in person and book. Depending on the color and trim you want the delivery date will differ.

I ordered from Sussman Kia in Roslyn, PA. Ask for Chuck Matthews. MSRP. $500 deposit. No games. They quoted me 3 months. He mentioned they have been seeing some as early as 2 months but he doesn’t want to get my hopes up.

Another dealer is Murray Kia in Conshohocken, PA. They are probably the highest volume Kia dealer in Pennsylvania selling at MSRP. $500 deposit. Naturally, they have a ton of orders. They quoted me 6-10 months. However, I suspect it would be much less than that. Because of their high volume, they likely get allocated a lot of Tellurides from Kia.

Run away as quickly as you can from them. I did my first purchase through Kia Finance to get $1000 and then paid it off within 2 weeks. There is no reason to do that now.

Just placed the order at Nutley. SX prestige nightfall. Was told can take 6-9 months

When I ordered from Motion it was only 1k mark up. I see they finally joined in with everyone else with higher mark ups. Everywhere I looked it was 3k, 5k and 10k mark ups.

They gave MSRP. I ordered the Black Copper with Dune interior.

I am probably getting a bit too anxious here, but I dont see any new VIN allocated to the dealer. They told me there are about 30 orders in front of me but didnt say how many are SXP.

I'd say anxious and impatient sums it up. Sit tight, you'll get it eventually! The wait only gets harder as you get closer.

This past week (basically since you put your order in) the factory was shutdown for summer vacation. Only VINs showing up were those originally missed in the failcat scrape. It should pick up starting tomorrow. On Wednesday, current KFOS period closes, and a new batch of orders will be processed. It's unlikely your order is one of those, seeing how recently you placed it. However, you'll be that much closer to the finish line.

I was told 4 to 5 months by a manager at that dealership, could be sooner. Ordered an EX with AWD/Premium mid June and was 30th in line overall at that time (20 cars were in the Kia ordering system) and only 5 VINS have been created for Abeloff in the time since.
