Nationwide Kia (MD004) originally quoted me 3-4 months back in June. I sent them a print out of the configuration i wanted for the Kia Telluride builder site and asked them for an OTD price. Ordered it at MSRP with $500 document and $332 dealer fees. So with MD tax (6%) included, paying $55,100.
Just ordered mine today with an estimate of 80-90 days. The dealer told me go test drive at another dealer, then come back and order @ MSRP. I did just that. The test dealer that I went to (selling at $8-$10k over MSRP) said they didn't even take orders, they were at the mercy of what shipments came in and they never knew what they would get or when...seems a bit odd one can order and another cannot. Anyways, in 2-3 months I'll part of the club

that's terrific. fingers crossed that happens for others still waiting. I'm sort of regretting not getting the SX. I ordered EX w/prem AWD +towing in Sangria w/grey woodgrain interior. I'm hoping it's not too unusual that it takes longer. Seems the Sangria isn't too popular. eek!
I ordered an SX AWD w/tow in Sangria. My dealer told me 3-5 months with 5 months being on the very long end. He said color is never an issue with cars taking longer, so I’m not worried. And as far an Sangria not being as popular, look at it as you’ll be more “special” or one of a kind. Too many black, gray, white, and silver cars in the world. How do you know how many you are in line? I ordered mine on June 21st and reached out to my sales guy last week and he doesn't have any info for me. I'm assuming mine will get picked up in August too but should I call the sales manager and ask?I ordered on July 10, 2022 over the phone from Arapahoe Kia in Denver, Colorado. Today I was told I am 14th in line currently and my order should get picked up in KFOS in August.
I Have an email string going with the sales manager and my salesman and I just emailed to ask them for status and they told me I was 14th in line and it will get picked up in August.
Thanks. I'll try and pry them more. Frustrating that some dealers/sales staff seem lazy and unwilling to look further into this stuff.
I agree that’s unacceptable! Both my sales person and the sales manager Have responded to every one of my inquiries and silly questions within 12 hours, and always provide a complete response.
I ordered on 3/22/21 was told estimated delivery date was 8/2 three weeks ago. Today I was told it's been pushed out 8/18
