• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Anybody have leads on bigger brakes for the Telluride? I was thinking that I could transplant the Kia Stinger Brembo brake kit onto my SX, but I haven't done enough technical research to confirm.

Has anybody put bigger brakes on their Telluride yet? What did you do? Any issues?

I am wondering if the Brembo brakes they offer for the Palisade will fit the Telluride since they are so similar. 🤔

Good idea! Those seem like plug-and-plays for the Palisade, and with the hardware similarities between the two vehicles, those may fit like a charm.

For aftermarket brakes, they do seem a bit small, though. I believe 13.8" is the identical size as the stock brake system. Given, Brembos would definitely perform significantly better at the same diameter than the stock brakes, but I'd love to also have a "filled out" inner-wheel (like the attached pics). Theoretically a 20" rim set can fit up to a 16" brake diameter, which would make for a much nicer-looking (and even better performing) brake setup.

Again, really good call with the Palisade brake kit! I just still wonder if there are bigger kits that would fit out there.

I got some good news!! See my screen shot of the email I sent shark racing. They offer aftermarket parts for the Palisade which is technically the twin of the Telluride. 40707900-FB90-458D-943B-B15E54DE0804.webp44CDA07D-6F87-4843-A631-695B025BA793.webp

If not bigger then oe, it's cosmetic if that's what you're after. I would go with better oe replacement if you're getting warping. Not against upgrades if it's part of a plan. Higher engine output, better suspension would go with the brakes
