2022 Moss Green Telluride S

Thank you so much for the photos. It is a very different, yet nice color. Does any lighting make it look even close to the photo I posted earlier? It is definitely not what all the photos online depict. I still like it and am very torn on a color choice now as it is not as cut and dry anymore! Thank you again!

I don't know what kind of area you live in if you're rural or something but I see Tellys pretty much every time I leave the house. I might suggest just driving around for an hour until you see one in Dark Moss. Could be worth the investment in time if you're hung up on color. You can also try out back of Kia dealers. There could be incoming units that get dropped off or one in for service. I see them in line for oil changes frequently as well. Shouldn't be too tough to find a Dark Moss if you live in a city.

I reside in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I have yet to see a dark moss Telluride anywhere. Like the US, dealers are backed up on orders as their incoming inventory is all pre sold. All Tellurides that are pre ordered are the typical black, white and gravity grey. I've owned many black and grey vehicles and would only purchase a metallic black. Gravity grey didn't impress me at all as it has too much blue in it for my liking. That is just my personal opinion and I don't mean to offend anyone. The black copper appears to be more purple than anything during the day.

It would definitely help to see them in person, but that's what we're up against with such a desired vehicle! Thank you again!

Like the US, dealers are backed up on orders as their incoming inventory is all pre sold.

All the pre sold orders still need to get checked in, inspected, prepped and wait for their owners to come and get them. They aren't kept under lock and key, dealers get several shipments a month and they just sit for a period of time on the dealer's lot.
See pics below. All examples of groups of sold cars I've spied at the dealer. Every other week my local dealer gets 4-6 Tellys in and it takes them a week or so to disappear, they're all pre sold.

You're lucky as in the BC lower mainland there is only one Telluride that I've seen and it was gravity grey. I spoke to the sales managers at every dealership and only ebony black, gwp and gravity grey Tellurides are coming in for orders and pre orders.

I'm leaning on the grey nappa but do like the butterscotch as well. Is butterscotch available in the nappa leather? The dealerships have absolutely no info. or literature for the 2022's as they're still going on the 2021 ordering specs. Some didn't even know that wolf grey was available.

If I had custom ordered I would have ordered “grey” leather for sure. It is not grey. They needed to find another name for it. But it’s a very aesthetically pleasing light color. The lightness of the color + the fact that lower dash, glovebox, center console etc also become light really brightens up the interior.

It would contrast well with and complement all the darker colors in the Telly palette such as both black colors, DM, GG, SR, and even WG.

Ok, I did the chrome delete kit and got windows tinted. Starting to look how I want....still have to swap emblems and do something with front vent pieces and front grill surround....

That looks awesome. I'm doing something similar with my black S...toying with leaving some chrome on the sides, as well as possibly the Telluride or the Kia emblem. Where did you get your delete kit?

I ordered the delete kit off of amazon and it went on pretty easy. I ordered the nightfall emblems off of here...

Chrome delete kit looks just as it did when I installed it! I live in illinois, so lots of snow and road salt and chrome delete kit has held up 100%! I'd highly recommend it!

That’s awesome! How was the install process? I’m pretty handy but never have done vinyl. Was it more like stickers or did you have to get a heat gun out?
