Hello,
My wife and I recently ordered a '22 SX AWD with Prestige. Ours will be Glacial White with black interior. No Nightfall for us, as we didn't see a big advantage with the white exterior.

I found this forum earlier this week, while asking Google how long it takes to build a Telluride. I'm curious about the actual assembly time, from start to finish. I've noticed from the Failcat site that the number of vehicles added on a daily basis varies pretty widely, which seems a little odd. Then again, I don't know how that process happens.

Lots of great information on this site. I learned quite a bit these past few days reading different forum posts. I'm looking forward to participating in several of the forums.

Yes. Welcome. I agree with your assessment of the Nightfall choice. I have seen white with that option, and It doesn’t seem to work well with my eye either. What did the dealer say about delivery time?

Their delivery estimate was four to twelve months. Not exactly encouraging, but we're hoping it will be closer to the front of that than the back.

My wife had a 2013 Ford Edge Limited, fully loaded. We thought about using it as a trade for the Telluride, but figured we would get a better price today than in six to twelve months, so we sold it to a local Ford dealer a few weeks ago. That process should have been painless, but alas, we had to play the usual games. Heavy sigh...

I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Sonata a few months ago, trading in my 2015 Sonata against the new one. I'm very happy with that car, less so with the dealer that we bought it from. Why some dealers make that process so frustrating is beyond me. (Another heavy sigh...) Important Note: the Hyundai dealer is not the Kia dealer that we worked with on the Telluride.

Currently driving a '97 Silverado 4x4 and the '21 Sonata. When the Telluride comes in, I'll likely sell the truck, as the Telluride will do nearly everything I use the pickup for today.

There's a search function in the top right corner.

Look up KFOS, and "how failcat works". There are good explanations for both systems which may answer some of your original questions.
