• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Every time I leave a local Costco and make a left turn onto the main drag, I get a warning something to the effect: "Entrance to wrong-way detected, please check driving direction". WHen making a left turn, there is a separate "merge lane" you drive into, then you merge right onto the main road.

Here's a picture of the road with arrows showing the path of travel when I get this warning. I suspect this warning is a good thing, but has anyone else had this warning occur when not driving the wrong direction?

Interesting, I didn't even know it could do that. Pretty cool safety feature.

Apparently that merge lane is far enough to the left of the main north-bound lanes that the system thinks I'm heading north in the southbound lanes. I didn't know it had this feature either until this happened. I agree it is a pretty good safety feature to have, though I've never gone the wrong way on a roadway (yet).

Yes, I posted about it a few weeks ago.

was the message on your nav/info screen?

That's a good question. I just have heard it verbally but don't recall where any visual cue was. Next time I make that turn and get the warning I'll make it a point to see of anything shows up on the Nav screen or the LCD between the speedometer and Tach.
