• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have a question about the heated seats. Typically, it will reduce from full three bars/high to two bars/medium in about 20 minutes. Yesterday, it started doing that after 10 minutes. I searched here and didn’t find an answer. A previous poster had a video showing how to adjust using the screen. However, my setup doesn’t have a “vehicle” button to select. I did see that it might have to do with the vehicle/outside temperature so I fooled around with the AC/heat but it did not make a difference. Does anyone know how to adjust it and where the control would be?
Thank You so much!

It’s supposed to automatically decrease heat level to prevent burns. If you manually turn on the seat warmers, it decreases from high setting after 30 min and from medium after 60 min.

If you have an AWD SX, your seat warmers may turn on automatically with the climate controls, which can be configured on/off in your head unit settings. I think when they are automatically controlled, they will adjust based on the cabin temp, and may turn off faster depending on how quick the set cabin temp is reached.
