I am in the shopping phase, and I have narrowed it down to a Telluride, Ascent, and Pilot for various reasons that I won't get into. All things seem to favor the Telluride, except one thing. I can't get comfortable in the driver's seat, a true deal-breaker.
One issue is that the armrest on the door is very low, and my arm won't reach down to it unless I lower the seat all the way. But, the armrest in the center console is several inches higher than the one that is on the door, so lowering the seat makes it too high. I find it very odd that they would not be the same height as they are on all the other cars I tested. The second issue is that there appears to be no fore/aft adjustment in the headrest which I find is pushed too far forward. It seems odd that a car in this price class would not have an adjustable headrest.
Anybody else finding these issues, any solutions?
Thanks.
