• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Was trying to confirm if 265/50/20 will clear on the stock Telluride SX wheels. 1 day after install and have no issues with rubbing. Feels much better than the stock 245s.

doesn’t 265x50 increase your overall diameter? I would think with 265 you need to go with lower profile.

It will, but not quite as severely as your example. The stock 20” tire is 245/50/20.

Thx for pointing that out. I misstyped the number.

You running any spacers as well? Was thinking this same size tire with 20mm spacers

Thanks for the info, your tires look great, I love Michelin tires, the Pirellis that came with mine spin too easily while making a turn.

Can you share the link to that comparison calculator?
Here you go. Usually one of the first results if you Google “tire size comparison.”

I just picked up our 2nd Telluride. I got a Jungle green with terracotta interior SXP-X-Line. On LX I had truxxx 2" lift installed with Nitto Ridge Grappler 275/50 R18. On the SXP-X Line I am now looking to swap the stock Michelin Primacy LTX 245/50 R20 for 265/50 Cross Climate. How has the 265/50 R20 been working for you? I wonder if you have bottomed out more often and gotten rub? Do they performed well in snow and rain.
Thanks!

The speedo on my telluride with stock tires has a 1-2mph error already. Slightly larger tires will increase this error unfortunately.

Great in snow and no rubbing.

Edit- Speedo is off .5-2 MPH and is more noticeable at 80+.

Would y'all rather go with Pirelli Scorpion All Season 3 255/55/20, Falken Wildpeak AT 255/55/20,
GOODYEAR ASSURANCE MAXLIFE 255/55/20?

Didn't know there was a 55 option. My plan right now is to install 2" risers on front and back of my 2020 SX-P AWD and install Falken 265/60r20 but was concerned with the 60 + 20" wheel. Is that too tall? Rub? If there is a 55", then perhaps that is the way to go. But with the 2"lift, I might be OK with the 60. Any true life installs like this out there? Thank you.

Just found out Falken does not have a 55 ratio for 265 Wildpeak. If I install the 2" lifts, then my question is, will the 60 ratio work (265/60r20)?

These are the ones I'm looking at for EX-P NF. Do you have a pic of how they look on the Telly.

I just purchased the 2" Truxxx lifts with the shock extenders - my plan is now to purchase the Falken WildPeak AT Trail tires. I'll let the tire place put on the lifts, not my cup of tea. I'll post some photos and comments once that is all done. Woo hoo.....

Hey I was looking into getting the ridge grapplers for our telluride. How has the lift and the 275/50R18s been performing? Could you also attach photos? Please and thanks.

Can anyone confirm that the attached photo is the correct orientation of the Truxxx end links extension???

Well after multiple conversations with my 'tire guys' there was too much of a chance of rubbing for me to go with the 265/50... so I went with the 255/50 and am very pleased. They are pretty tight in the wells' especially with sharp cutting, but no rubbing. No noticeable issues with speedometer readings and no appreciable change in MPG as of yet (big trip this weekend so we will see).20230320_151556.webp20230320_151603.webp
