This was brought up earlier in 2021.The UVO Link is not available in Massachusetts due to a recent law that was passed. The app does not allow the VIN to become "linked" upon setup. The law that was passed was the "Right to Repair", (Question 1). In other words, some of the UVO features will work but not remote start/stop, etc.
