Most of the exterior colors and Interior combination removed starting today (02/04/2022)

I saw your screenshot previously. It's obviously only happening for some but not others which is strange but as said likely just a glitch.

The previous one was EX but this one was the one you were trying to build. I just don’t understand why I’m not having any issues.

Glitches don’t happen uniformly to everyone. I also could not select wolf gray, for any trim or package combo. None.

Select SX trim select sangria select AWD select prestige it will then ask you to pick another color and you can pick wolf gray. You can’t have nightfall selected or you can’t select Dune brown. lol Welcome to the Matrix!!

I just ordered a Telluride SX Moss Green with Dune Brown interior and the Prestige package. The salesman said he could select that combination previously, but not today. However...he ordered it and the system accepted the order. There must be some issue with the website.

I am relieved to see this because we ordered that same combo in mid Nov and seeing the thread about it being removed was worrying me. We passed up the opportunity to buy one with a different interior color in November in favor of ordering exactly what we wanted. And we’ve already paid for that decision with an expensive repair on our current vehicle and the Kia Jan price increase. I’ll be so disappointed if we lose our color selection.

I really think the color combination will be great. I haven't seen a Dune interior in person yet, but I think it will be similar to my Audi that has med/dark brown upholstery with black interior and wood trim. Have you seen a Dune interior?

I wonder if they will be removing some of the color options for 2023? We are getting to the point now that some orders placed now could end up being a 2023.

I haven’t seen the color combination in person either but I’ve seen it online and really love the color combination. Here’s to hoping both our orders get fulfilled that way!

If you are able to validate ordering options for Kia, could you possibly see if the Sorento PHEV SX Prestige is available with black interior? Dealership here is saying it's not possible to order the top trim with black seats, even though website allows you to build that way. Says it's a glitch and no PHEVs have been sold nationwide in SX prestige with black. He's giving back my deposit since it isn't possible. :-(

Unfortunately I am seeing the same thing on my end.. only the navy or gray interior as options
