I wish I wasn’t still waiting for mine to get picked up. I anticipated a wait. 4-6 months. . . But the fact that it hasn’t even been picked up, an ETA can’t even be established. I’m looking at another 3-4 months BEST case scenario.

I ordered an SX prestige with nightfall on 2/19 and they told me today that it would be mid May. I’m worried that may be too optimistic based on some other experiences.

I put in a call to the sales manager. He’s going to call me back tomorrow. I know it’s out of his hands. I’m willing to change the color and even switch to FWD if there are cancellations. I dislike the ceiling on the prestige but I’ll suck it up at this point.
I’m entering month 6 and it hasn’t been picked up. I don’t want to pass on the Telluride but I may have to. I cannot keep waiting
The dealer down the street has some sitting on the lot but I refuse to pay their $7k markup.

Yes that is very Optimistic. I think your looking more at August unless someone cancels their order that matches yours.

Would that mostly likely be a 2023 model then? I ordered about the same time (2/20/22) and was told ~6 months. I’d be OK with a 2023…maybe. As long as I was given the opportunity the confirm model, color, and other options before my order went into production.

I guarantee that is a canceled order from someone else that became available. There's no way you would have gotten a fully built one to your specs that fast.

I would say you have a 50/50 shot on a 2023. From what I understand the 2023 start building in July.

I'm not so sure because another one from the same dealership ordered just after ours came in today also. I think it's a dealership that isn't super popular and doesn't put a lot of orders in. No wait list

Great experience with Lev in Framingham. True to their word. MSRP to the dollar. Zero surprises. It was definitely hard to stay optimistic as the months went by with no updates. I reached out about once a month for updates and they had none. Asked about my order getting picked up by KFOS etc. Even when I saw my EXACT build on failcat in Feb. I was told they had no updates so assumed it wasn’t mine. Turns out it was. The first and only update I received was on 3/1/22 that my car had just come off the truck at the dealership and scheduled delivery for 3/4. I was shocked.

Finance manger emailed me the purchase and sale with the out the door numbers broken down. Showed up with a cashiers check for the balance minus the deposit. 5 minute transaction. Couldn’t have been easier.

It was worth the wait. Hang in there everyone.

Need suggestion..
Vehicle1: I have booked telluride with dealer 1 in October first week and as per update from couple of weeks back, the ETA is April 29th.
Vehicle2: Based on feedback I received from dealer 1 in early January ( he said the vehicle will be delivered around June), I booked a upcoming delivery with dealer 2 with additional 5K market adjustments. The ETA for this is March 22.

Now, I am thinking of canceling dealer 2 but not sure if the ETA of dealer 1 vehicle changes after my cancellation.

Dealer 1 also shared the screenshot of their pipeline with ETA of April 29th. Does this timeline go back in any circumstances? Is it ok to cancel dealer 2 vehicle and save 5K?

Please suggest.

IMO, a good dealer would have notified you at least 4 times. 1) When your order was picked up in KFOS. 2) when they had the 1st ETA, usually about four days later. 3) sent you Window sticker with VIN. 4) Sent you an Updated ETA. That’s what my dealer sent me.
